Last week I had to get an MRI — some things I learned. They take great 3D pictures, but they can't do 3D printing. I can hold my breath for a good amount of time. They make a lot of loud, strange noises. I found out I am not claustrophobic.
The most underrated leadership skill isn't speaking — it's knowing when to stop and let the silence do the work. This week I learned that lesson again, the hard way.
In improv, 'Yes, And' is the golden rule. You accept what your partner gives you and build on it. The best leaders I've ever met do exactly this — they just don't know it has a name.
